Dim Sum Series, 2016

A series of semi-informational posters to help people understand the different types of dimsum (点心). My personal favourite dimsum is hargao, or 虾饺, a flour dumpling filled with plump prawns in the middle. Serve hot and in a bamboo basket for maximum Instagram aesthetic appeal.
